Our factory-built service cable is designed for diagnostics, testing, and programming of Volvo and Mack truck transmission. The service cable allows communication between the Volvo PTT software and the gearbox removed from the truck. It features built-in reverse-connection protection, a useful voltage and current draw indicator, and a fuse. Every service cable we produce is tested on a real gearbox, which is the only test available that provides a 100% guarantee of its proper operation.

Adapter cable for converting the OBD port on post-2013 Volvo/Mack trucks to a 9-pin Type 2 connector. The cable features a 24V-to-12V voltage conversion module, enabling operation with newer 24V trucks and older RP1210 adapters (such as Nexiq 1/2, DLA 2, and DPA 5).

The cable enables ABS diagnostics on newer semi-trailers without the need for a cumbersome and expensive PLC adapter. A direct J1708 communication link simplifies the process and reduces the time required for semi-trailer ABS diagnostics. It features built-in reverse polarity protection and an easily accessible fuse.

Power cable for PLC adapters (e.g., Nexiq NQ604120). It enables powering the trailer ABS without requiring power from the truck. It features an easily accessible fuse and 14 AWG wiring.

A universal immobilizer suitable for a wide range of vehicles. Features an illuminated keypad, automatic arming, and robust construction. The kit includes instructions, a wiring diagram, double-sided mounting tape, and the necessary installation connectors.
